Refund policy

■ Cancellation Policy

  • In principle, cancellations cannot be made after an application for an eSIM or SIM card change/re-issuance has been submitted. (For prepaid services, changing or re-issuing an eSIM or SIM card is not possible.)

  • However, a cancellation will be permitted under the following condition:

    • If the Company has not sent any communication, including the email for the data plan or data top-up, after payment has been completed.

      • → In this case, the user must contact the Company in writing, providing their name, email address, and order number.

      • If the Company approves the cancellation request and it involves a partial or full refund of the payment, the Company will process the necessary refund within 30 days from the date of receiving the written cancellation request.

  • The service is limited to specific compatible devices. Even if the product has not been used, cancellations are not possible if the user's device is not compatible.

  • The contract cannot be terminated before the end of the minimum usage period (the contract period starting from the service activation date).

■ Refund Policy

  • A refund will be issued if a third party determines that the Company is at fault for a connection failure, after it has been confirmed that the service was used on a SIM-free device and the Company has provided maximum support to establish a connection.

  • Additionally, a refund will be issued if the conditions described in the Cancellation Policy above are met.

  • The Company will not provide any refunds for data plans or data top-ups that have already been used, except in cases attributable to the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
